This course was an excellent intro to 6sigma. The information was easy to obsorb because of the formatting. 1. The narrator-voice was clear and easy to listen to. 2. I was able to read and follow along with the lesson. 3. The subject modules had just the right amount of information with examples and diagrams.

As discussed in the training the overall purpose of a six sigma is to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability to the organization launching a six sigma intiative. I think a deployment of a six sigma in any organizational structure is a necessity to clearly visualize the flow of faultless yield from one area to the next area of work within an organization. The metrics used to evaluate each process output is crucial for evaluation of the quality of product or service delivered to current and prospective customers. And of course, trained and qualified six sigma professionalssuch as black and green belts are crucial for the sucess ofany project deployment. Qualitymatters!!

The course is very helpful and relevant to my daily job at the company i work for. it also inspires me to keepdeveloping mylearning towards higher sigma belts the only negative aspect is the fact that the manual is not downloadable, especially in this pandemic situation where i cannot go to any copy center to print it out.
