I think the most valuable part of the course is the hands on exercise. The catapult exercise gives you the opportunity to apply the concepts learned in class and get familiar with Minitab.

The examples to help relate the material back to my job. Additionally, the frequent breaks were helpful as there was a lot of information presented.
