Provided a solid overview of the Six Sigma process, roles, responsibilities and overall keys to selecting and implementing a successful project. From the first module it was made easier to identify the pitfalls that will be encountered in my own project and generated useful tools to be employed for overcoming the obstacles.

I am currently a member of a new project in my organisation and this coarse ticks all the boxes on the structure of our project team. It has enlighten me on how the team was formed and processes involves in forming a team and how we are evaluated.I now understand the role of all other stakeholders (departments). This coarse teaches one to filter all do and don'ts of a project team and steps a team must take for a project to be successful.
