I have thoroughly enjoyed this course so far. The lessons I have learned in the 3 sessions for the White Belt training have already alteredmy perspective about my own work and what I can do to achieve better results. The Charter tool is very helpful to know how to use and filling it out was a great learning experience. Understanding the structure of: Exec leadership, Champion, MBB, BB, GB, YB was helpful as well, because this is a career path I am very keen on pursuing, and I like to know where I am headed. Overall, 10/10 for this course. A future improvement could be updating the audio quality and powerpoint slides. In my work I use a tool called Powtoon, which is a modern and sleek version of powerpoint. Also, some of the speaker's words did not correlate with the bullet points in the slides and a few questions in the quizzes were not covered in the slides. This point was actually fun, because it required some critical thinking to get to the right answer.
