Course was a very good high level introduction to the Six Sigma process. Downloading and printing the .pdf documents was needlessly complicated and ultimately a lost cause for me. Otherwise the course was a great success.

Six Sigma has components of many different processes I have used in the past but the consise nature of Six Sigma is exciting - I can't wait to use to develop a project.
