The only issue was unable to get "full screen" but that may have been my issue. Lots of going up and down to ensure I could take notes which is fine but if there were a full screen option, that would have been helpful.

Easy to manage through the modules. Informative yet not too high level as to confuse a new EE in the process. Enjoyed the break down of the Define phase to get clear understanding of the deployment of a DMAIC.

It was very interesting getting an overview of six sigma. There are so many instances throughout the workday where I am thinking, "there has to be a better way". I believe six sigma implementation can improve the way we make decisions without metrics or analytics.

The are a lot of good take aways from this course. There was a lot of relevant material that i can incorporate in the projects i am currently working on. i look forward to progressing in the Six Sigma and receiving my yellow, green, black and even master black belt.

Relating these topics to Army problem solving such as MDMP is extremely relatable. Narrowing down the scope is a diffuculty as well as using the the efficient amount of team members and experts is also a difficulty. This course allowed me to compare and strategize how I can be a more valueable asset to the team and approaching our missions through the lense of Six Sigma.
