Green Belt Certification
The Green Belt program provides the tools to lead a DMAIC process improvement project that can focus on stability as well as optimization of a process. Coaching and project-based Green Belt certification are included.
The Lean Six Sigma Online Green Belt Virtual-Led is an eight-day course taking place on Tuesday-Friday over two separate weeks. Each day of training will be six hours long, with breaks included, and is hosted on Zoom.
Course Time (Given by each time zone):
- 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern)
- 9 am – 3 pm (Central)
- 8 am – 2 pm (Mountain)
- 7 am – 1 pm (Pacific)
There are no prerequisites for the Green Belt program. White Belt, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt BootCamp concepts are covered during this training.

- Attendees will earn 4 CEUs and 48 PDUs from IACET and PMI respectively after fully attending the class
- You can register at a later date for the Black Belt online program
- Please register at least 3 days before the event to ensure timely delivery
Note: We recommend using the desktop version of Minitab software for Windows users. For Mac users, the web version of Minitab software is available.
You will receive two certificates, one certificate for successfully completing the training and another certificate for successfully completing a live project, which will designate you as an internationally recognized certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts.
The project is a real process improvement that you choose to implement for your current employer and requires you to put into action what you have learned. The certification for Lean Six Sigma is based on the attendee’s ability to apply the principles to a real project. We will expect to identify a project to apply these concepts for your certification.
