Green Belt Week 2 Certification
The Green Belt Week 2 training and certification dives deeper into analytical concepts that help project leaders better understand interactions of inputs in their processes. These tools will help project leaders narrow the focus for improvements as well as methods to test identified areas of improvement.
Those who complete the Green Belt Bootcamp + Green Belt Week 2 will be equipped with the tools to lead a DMAIC process improvement project that can focus on stability as well as optimization of a process. Coaching and project-based Green Belt certification are included.
The Green Belt Week 2 In-Person is a four-day course and classes start at 8:00 am and no later than 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday at most locations.. Green Belt BootCamp training is a prerequisite for the Green Belt Week 2 program.

You will receive two certificates, one certificate for successfully completing the training and another certificate for successfully completing a live project, which will designate you as an internationally recognized certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts.
The project is a real process improvement that you choose to implement for your current employer and requires you to put into action what you have learned. The certification for Lean Six Sigma is based on the attendee’s ability to apply the principles to a real project. We will expect to identify a project to apply these concepts for your certification.
