Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Online Training and Certification
This is a self-paced format with 24/7 access, therefore you can start and take this training at any time. There is no live engagement with an instructor and you have an email where you can ask questions for follow-up if necessary. Courses are divided into several modules, each module has a quiz and requires a minimum score, but you will have as many quiz opportunities as you need because the goal of those quizzes is to ensure concept understanding.
Our online self-paced Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training introduces the fundamental concepts of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC roadmap for improving existing processes.
Video modules include screenshots with detailed illustrations of each concept being applied in a practical project approach. These concepts are further reinforced with quizzes at the end of each module and comprehensive exams.
Individuals also have the option to add project coaching and certification with a 6Sigma.us Master Black Belt. You may further enhance your training and certification by choosing either SigmaXL or Minitab software packages which are illustrated during training.
6Sigma.us has partnered with Minitab and SigmaXL to incorporate full-featured statistical software applications within our Green and Black Belt training courses. Access to these applications may be limited by 6Sigma.us and/or the original software developer.
