Our Six Sigma White Belt class is the first day of our Six Sigma Green Belt. The White Belt class provides an overview of Six Sigma concepts.

Yellow Belt Training

The traditional classroom Six Sigma Yellow Belt program is conducted during the Green Belt course on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Green Belt BootCamp

• 4  Days of Training

The Six Sigma Green Belt BootCamp consists of the first week of the Six Sigma Green Belt. Green Belt BootCamp students have the option to add the second week of the Green Belt if they choose to continue.

Green Belt Training

The Six Sigma Green Belt course is a two week class that provides the basic methodology required to complete Six Sigma projects.

Black Belt Training

• 4.5 Days of training with a month in between each week
• Requires a Green Belt for enrollment
• Cost of training is $4,000
• Option to combine this course with the Green Belt for the three-week Black Belt
• Includes Training Certification and Project Certification at no additional charge
• Conducted by a Master Black Belt with real-world experience
• Project Certification includes mentoring by your Master Black Belt

The Black Belt program is a two-week course. You must have a Green Belt to register unless you are registering for the four-week Black Belt, which includes the Green Belt training.

6Sigma.us was the first organization to offer a three-week Six Sigma Black Belt course. This is designed for individuals who would like to become Black Belts but have no prior experience. It includes two weeks of the Green Belt class and then two additional weeks of the Black Belt. Students may mix and match locations using our Blended Training option.

Master Black Belt Training

• You must be Black Belt-certified to enroll
• 2 weeks of training
• Cost of training is $4,975
• Includes the cost of certification, which requires the successful completion of all prerequisites and the class
• Ability to Mix and Match locations using Blended Training option
• Conducted by a Master Black Belt with real world experience

The Master Black Belt Certification is a two week class that provides the highest level of Six Sigma certification. Students must meet certain prerequisites prior to enrolling. There are very few other providers who offer a recognized Master Black Belt program.

Lean Introduction

• The Lean Introduction Program is (First 2 Days (16 Hours) of the Lean Fundamentals Course)

This two-day instructor-led Lean Introduction certification program provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the principles of Lean Thinking.

Lean Fundamentals

• Lean Fundamentals Training & Certification consists of 32 Hours conducted over 4 Days of Classes.

• Includes Training Certification and Project Certification at no additional charge
• Conducted by a Master Black Belt with real world experience
• Project Certification includes mentoring by your Master Black Belt

Lean Fundamentals training is offered both onsite at your location and public open registration classes.The training for this program is available for manufacturing and service (transactional) based companies. The agenda and examples for both options are available.

Lean Master

• Must complete Lean Fundamentals (or similar) prior to enrollment
• Lean Master Certification Program consists of 32 Hours conducted over 4 Days of Classes
• Cost of training is $3,200
• Includes the cost of certification, which requires the successful completion of all prerequisites and the class
• Ability to Mix and Match locations using Blended Training option

Lean Master is the final step in our Lean Training Program. Our Lean Master classes are offered via public open registration classes, as well as onsite at your location.

Root Cause Analysis

The Root Cause Analysis Certification is a three days class that provides the highest level of Six Sigma certification.The Root Cause Analysis Training program is for individuals, teams and organizations who desire to institutionalize an operating system for structured problem-solving.
