Master Black Belts enhance their current skills by learning advanced analytical methods to better lead their organization’s Lean Six Sigma deployments
6Sigma.us created this two-week Master Black Belt training and certification program to provide an advanced and focused approach to Six Sigma projects and statistical methods. The program goes beyond traditional Black Belt skills and incorporates new tools. The training program is also your gateway to career growth, both experience and financial-wise.
The prerequisites for this program are as follows:

Have delivered some process improvement, data analysis, leadership, or change management training for at least 40 hours (evidence required).
Have taken a leadership or another type of soft skills training for one week (evidence required).
