Green Belt Certification
The in-person Green Belt BootCamp classes start at 8:00 am and no later than 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday at most locations. Concepts covered in the live training focus on the team-based tools that are typically used on Lean Six Sigma projects. These concepts can help individuals stabilize their processes.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Individuals intending to lead process improvement projects are encouraged to attend the Green Belt Week 2 either virtually or self-paced for the analytics tools. These concepts are typically used to optimize processes. The benefit of the virtual and online self-paced formats is the opportunity to review the recordings of the step-by-step process of running an analysis.
The virtual-led Green Belt Week 2 classes take place Tuesday through Friday and each day of training is 6 hours long, with breaks included, and are hosted on Zoom.
Course Time (given by each time zone):
- 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern)
- 9 am – 3 pm (Central)
- 8 am – 2 pm (Mountain)
- 7 am – 1 pm (Pacific)
There are no prerequisites for the Green Belt program. White Belt, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt BootCamp concepts are covered during this training.
