We have found that Individuals who have access to a Master Black Belt for project support have a higher likelihood of closing out their process improvement projects. In most cases, these projects can be completed within six months with proper guidance and support. 6Sigma.us Master Black Belts use phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms to work with “belt” candidates. Whether it be a discussion to scope a project with an executive team or assistance in analyzing data on a Lean, Green or Black Belt project, 6Sigma.us can provide a senior-level Master Black Belt solution.

You can purchase remote consulting support from the 6Sigma.us team in the following options:
Consulting Block Options:
5 hours – $1250 – Valid for up to 6 months
10 hours – $2500 – Valid for up to 9 months
20 hours – $5000 – Valid for up to 12 months
Sessions with a Master Black Belt require a one hour minimum per meeting event. Reschedules or cancellations should be confirmed 24 hours in advance; cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled hours will be deducted from the amount of consulting time purchased.
